Here's something I've been reading recently - Edge - The world question center. This year's question is "What is your dangerous idea?".

This fortune article makes some predictions on the tech industry for next year. I think the second one will more than come true in the course of the next few years. Amazon has been doing some really cool stuff with AWS, Mechanical turk, their recommender systems, Alexa (recently). sigh! I think I would have really liked to work there. Not that I am complaining. GSC is nice too.
